Meet Monica, who is responsible for sponsor management and back-office operations since Mar 2022. She hopes to better communicate with Sponsors and become a bridge between Sponsors and students. She is very happy to join Shanghai Sunrise Family and expects all students in Shanghai Sunrise Family can achieve their goals and realize their education dreams.
Meet May Botha a mother, wife and food enthusiast. When she is not out tasting and photographing cuisine, she focuses on communication campaigns as well as student projects. With her roots set in Africa, May’s experience as a Communication and Change Manager helps bring Students and Sponsors closer together.
Meet Chenbo, our colleague responsible for student program and daily office administration. Prior to joining in Shanghai Sunrise, he worked in Shanghai Young Bakers, a social program that enables marginalized Chinese youth to find qualified jobs. He is driven by the desire to promote social equity and justice.
Meet Christine, joined in Shanghai Sunrise in 2019 and has been a volunteer coordinator for almost three years. She enjoys meeting new people and inviting them to join the Shanghai Sunrise team. Christine has expertise skill in both financial management and computer science. She is a Database Developer and also assists the Shanghai Sunrise team by translating information from English to Chinese. When she isn’t working, she enjoys boxing, playing piano and walking dogs.
