The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation confirms contributions made by corporations, enterprises and individuals to charitable organizations, foundations and other non-profit making institutions for welfare and relief enjoy 100% pre-tax deduction. (Permitted deduction should always be confirmed with your tax advisor as regulations do change.)
Shanghai Sunrise is a program of the Shanghai Charity Foundation and can issue official receipts (·ΆΖ±) for donations.
