Shanghai Sunrise operates under a Board/Executive Committee structure, whereby the Board oversees high-level supervision of activities and forms policies, and the Executive Committee holds the responsibility of day-to-day management of Sunrise. This structure makes our day-to-day management easier and ensures that Sunrise continues to support students that are in need far into the future.

The Sunrise Executive Committee, which has up to 10 members, is responsible for the day-to-day management of Sunrise and is led by the Executive Director. All members of the Board and Executive Committee are volunteers.
